Do I Need A Wedding Planner?
Updated: Jan 24
One thing most women experience after the initial excitement of being proposed to, is the daunting feeling of realising they have to actually plan their "big day"....
That big day is what can be described as "my dream wedding"... that dream can seem a little bit far fetched when you don't know where to start.
BUT.. imagine having someone to guide you, step by step, through the entire process.. literally.
To somewhat determine whether you need professional help, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do I have the time (free time & calendar time) to plan this wedding to the best of my ability?
Do you have time to speak to suppliers during the normal 9-5 hours? Or are you usually at work not able to make calls
2. Do I understand what everything really means? You may find you need to sign one or four contracts throughout the process. From catering, to the venue, & the last thing you want to do is sign your life away to an agreement that you don't understand.
3. Do I have family/friends you can rely on to help? Most people think they can get a friend or family member to help out... but remember they have their own lives too... to be put bluntly. But for a wedding co-ordinator/planner, that is their life.
There are many other points to consider... but the 3 above should get you thinking....
